What to Look for When Comparing Entertainers:

Step 1: Look or Listen & Watch First (The Vibe Check)

• Before digging into details, see if you even like their style.

• Watch their video or photo highlights — Do people look happy and dancing? Does energy match what you want?

• Listen to how they present the music….Is it just song after song, or do they blend music smoothly? Does their music playlist taste align with yours?​

​Step 2: Compare What You Actually Get in The Package

• Look beyond the price tag at what’s included.

• Hours of service for the event:  How long will they play? Is there an overtime rate?

• What equipment is included : Do they bring good speakers, mics, and lighting? Is it included or extra?

• Backup plan: What if their equipment fails? Do they have backup gear?
